Windward Development Systems
is lead by Robert Masterson, a resourceful and
seasoned Sr. Messaging Architect and consultant
with more than 25 years of progressive experience
in most aspects of Software Development, Networking,
and Application Design with particular strengths
in Large scale messaging and Data Security.
Mr Mastersons previous positions
include: Sr. Architect for Software.com, Regional
Support Manager for Sun Microsystems, National
Software Manager for NEC , Vice
President of Engineering for Convex Computer Interamericana
a leading vendor of Convex Supercomputers in Latin
America, and was owner of Computer Care a leading
contract programming house in Dallas Tx.
As Sr. Architect for Software.com/Openwave Systems,
Mr. Masterson designed and implemented messaging
(email) solutions for many of the worlds largest
ISP’s and portals. These implementations are responsible
for approximately 30-40 million user accounts
and include implementations at AT&T Worldcom,
@Home/Excite, Sprint PCS, Verizon, Bell South,Bell
Nexxia Canada, and OzeMail Australia, BSNL India
as well as a dozen other implementations worldwide.
